If you or your individual are sick with any of the following symptoms – respiratory (cough, difficulty breathing, stuffy nose, congestion, sore throat), systemic – (fever, fatigue, headache, loss of sense of smell or taste), gastro-intestinal (nausea, vomiting, diarrhea) - Please do not send in your individual to program if they are sick or have any of the above symptoms. Instead please get a COVID test at one of the locations in the link below and notify your program coordinator and the agency RN as soon as possible.
